Selama ni manalah daku penah masak banyak2..makan ber2 blehla…
Hampir 35 org datang beraya malam tu…
Menunya ..bbq ayam , burger , sosej , burger arnab , kebab , nasi goreng kampung , nasi goreng ikan sardine ( ni kes kena masak 2 kali sbb kuali kecik je ) ..tu yang jadi 2 jenis nasi goreng tu…pas tu steamboat , ngan salad buah..cadangnya Wa nak buat tart blubery , tart telur ngan cheese kek..tapi tak cukup tangan daa…

BBq Grill ni… dah lama daku simpan sejak duk umah flat lagi…rasanya dah 3@ tahun dah duk bawah katil masa duk umah flat..nak guna tak bleh…pas tu 1 hari huby kata..ita wat blik kg je lah ..tapi ntahlah daku tak bagi..sbb 1 hari nanti aku tahu , aku pasti perlukan benda ni..dan malam tu ..mmg berguna yang amat sangat.tak payah nak beli yang baru..yg tu pun dapat free masa beli minyak hitam ..

Bahan-bahan ( 5-6 orang )
• 2.0kg ayam
• 1 biji bawang besar (kalau bawang tu bersaiz kecil, guna 2 biji)
• 5 ulas bawang putih
• 2 cm halia
• 2 sudu besar serbuk cili
• 1 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit
• 2 batang serai
• 1 sudu besar serbuk jintan manis
• 1 sudu kecil serbuk jintan putih
• 1 sudu kecil serbuk ketumbar
• 1 sudu kecil garam
• 1 cawan gula
Cara-cara
1. Potong ayam mengikut kesukaan anda. Jika potongan tersebut besar-besar, kelar-kelar sedikit supaya ayam cepat masak. kemudian, bersih dan tos ayam tersebut.
2. Kisar semua bahan-bahan di atas sehingga hancur.
3. Masukkan bahan-bahan kisar tersebut ke dalam bekas dan campurkan dengan ayam.
4. Perap ayam tersebut 1 malam atau 2-3 malam di dalam peti ais.(lagi lama perap lagi sedap!)
5. Bakar ayam di atas bara api atau dapur gas sehingga masak. Selamat Mencuba!
RESEPI KEBAB plak daku tanya pak cik gugel je..lupa plak amik dari web mana...tapi sedappp jugak..
• 2 pounds skinless and boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes ( YG NI TUKAR JADI DAGING sbb dah wat BBQ ayam ..)
• 2 medium onions, cut into sections for the kebab skewers
• 2 sweet green peppers, seeded and cut into squares
• 12 cherry tomatoes
• 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1 garlic clove minced
• Juice of 2 lemons
• 1 and 1/2 tablespoons dried rigani (Greek oregano)
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• Sea salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
Preparation:
To make the marinade, combine the minced garlic, lemon juice, rigani and sugar in a bowl. Whisk together the ingredients while slowly pouring the olive oil in a thin stream into the bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
In a separate bowl, combine the chicken cubes and enough of the marinade to completely coat the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for at least six hours. Reserve the remaining marinade to baste the vegetables and chicken on the grill.
Prepare the barbecue grill.
Soak long wooden skewers in water for about 20 minutes. Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and allow it to return to room temperature. Alternately thread the chicken cubes, peppers, onions and tomatoes on the skewers. Brush the grill rack with olive oil before placing the kebabs on the grill. Cook the kebabs basting and turning frequently until done. Serve immediately |
